Brighton architect Converting the first floor of their Brighton, England, 3-story townhouse from an underused storage into a living house freed up these householders to reconsider this second-ground area. Architect Richard Zinzan helped them transform the primary-ground storage into bedrooms, a rest room and a laundry. This 2nd-floor area, which once have been cramped and disjointed, was once opened up to create a mild-crammed open-plan space that includes a kitchen, dining and living place, and terrace. Clever reconfiguring & new bifold doors to the terrace flip a as soon as-cramped area into a brilliant, up to date living house.
