Queen anne end table with drawer After 12 years of living with a cramped kitchen layout, Martha & Mario Queiroz have been able to make a big amendment to their 1892 Queen Anne Victorian cottage in Los Gatos, California. A want for more herbal gentle & a more inviting floor plan brought on the couple to intestine the principle floor and open up a dark & dated kitchen that had what Martha describes as a unusual layout. "I have been dreaming approximately what shall we do with our area for years, & I love areas that reflect the owner's persona," she says. The couple began their 9 -month-lengthy rework in October 2015, operating closely with inner designer Pamela Pennington and general builders from DeMattei Construction.
One massive step within the procedure was removing a non-load-bearing wall between the kitchen and eating space to make one open house that advanced the flow of the main flooring. The home now has a blend of modern updates with conventional touches, & highlights the well-traveled couple's love of art. The homeowners of an 1892 Northern California house overhaul their kitchen and freshen up their dwelling areas within and out.
